Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for the ESTH app. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > ESTH. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > ESTH > Notifications.
Ensure you are assigned to the alert by an admin. Check that push notifications are enabled and that you have a stable internet connection. Try logging out and back in to refresh your device token.
